We offer several service options to match the style, needs, and budget of your event. From convenient in-store pick-up and delivery in disposable pans, to staffed buffet service and plated meals, we’ll help you build the right plan for your occasion. We take time to discuss the details with you so your catering experience reflects both your vision and your budget.

Service Details & Policies

Events with fewer than 25 guests are subject to a 25% small-group surcharge. Due to recipe sizes and ingredient sourcing, some menu items may not be available for groups under 25.
Some restrictions may apply for groups under 50 guests, including items such as on-site grilling, baked potato bars, pasta bars, and similar menu options. Staffed buffet service or full buffet line setup for events under 50 guests may require an additional fee.
We require a minimum of 100 guests for Sunday events, as we are typically closed that day. Limited Sunday availability may apply.
We request at least two weeks’ advance notice for catering orders. We will always do our best to accommodate last-minute events when possible, though menu options may be more limited.
To secure your date, a signed contract and deposit are required for most events.
A 25% service fee applies to holidays and holiday weekends.

Event Registration

Throughout the year, Kampen’s Catering hosts and participates in special events, tastings, and community gatherings. Some events may require advance registration or ticket purchase.
